- Free Idea is run by one person, myself Kris Boothroyd. I hand fold all shirts one by one and i send out each shirt myself. This is my brand and i want to make it the best thing it can possibly be. I do everything myself so that way i dont have to worry about orders not being shipped, or misplaced orders. i handle each order with alot of care.
- I picked the wrong size what do i do?
- if you picked up the wrong size. i will be more than happy to exchange the size for you, as long as the size you want is still in stock.
as long as the shirt is returned in the same condition that i shipped it out as.
it will be switched for a new one.just ship it back to the same address that i sent it from.
and please add 5$ for return shipping - What form of Shipping does Free Idea use?
- I ship all of my shirts by USPS flatrate shipping.
if you order one shirt. it will come in a USPS flatrate envelope
if your order more than one. it wil come in a USPS flatrate box
all shirts are shipped out next day as long as weather permits.
if an order is placed on Fri-Sun. they are shipped out on Monday no matter what.
delivery usually takes 2-3 days depending on how far the package is going.
so if you live out on the west coast. if may take 3-4 days. - Do you have a website?
